Core, plugins, themes. Weekly. After a backup. If the host gives us a clone, we use it. If not, we snapshot, update, and watch home, login, and checkout.
Backups

Off-site, kept 30 days. Taken before every update batch — not only the host’s nightly that shares a fate with the server.
Uptime

Check every 5 minutes. Two failures and we email. The point is not a pretty status page. The point is we know before the customer does.
Malware

Weekly scan on Maintain. Daily on Protect. Plugin-level infections we clean as part of the plan. A site that has been owned for weeks is a scoped cleanup first.

How a month runs

You add a dedicated admin user. We take a baseline backup and screenshots the same day.
First update batch within 48 hours — weekday, not Friday 11pm.
Stripe starts when that baseline is confirmed.
Every week: updates after backup. Every month: a PDF. On Protect: up to three email tickets.

Agencies: white-label

You keep the client. We never email them unless you CC us. Reports are a PDF you can forward, or they go out under the from-line you name.

Agency floor: $55 / site / month Maintain, $115 with the edit queue, three-site minimum. We do not print a cheaper public price than yours.

Email the WordPress URL and which plan. If the site is already down or infected, say that — cleanup is quoted first (floor $250). The care plan starts after it is clean.
